Not sure if there is a into thread.... But I just wanted to introduce myself and say thanks for putting together a site with such good info on it. I am very
interested in the KISSATA concept To me it make a great deal of sense.

hey welcome aboard..
I think there is a welcome/intro thread somewhere....but welcome anyway... I'm in Michigan myself..... not to worry about being new to it.., get ahold of Klick's KISSATA book--CIDG information for all, and that will be a comprehensive start. I would say that I agree with nearly all he has in the book, but have adapted some to suit my neighborhood. My CIDG is more like an Israeli style neighborhood watch. Then, since you are in the midwest-look up Garand69, and see if he can slip you in at the next Appleseed event that he has running. Take a .22 and 5000 rounds, and learn the skills and more importantly, the attititude of an American Rifleman. Don't have a .22? they are on sale this week at Dick's sporting goods, get a Marlin for $99.00 I think that would be a lot of basic training there...... Welcome to the brotherhood. |

Reluctant hawk, you ever get your patch from Pappy? ".........I find alot of the other boards are full of alot of guys that have alot of "anger issues" that I flat can do without. The "tin foil" subjects are distractions that diverts one's attention from subjects that actually matter - like training and preparing........" Tire Iron 2/08 |

where you may find others to train with.
